We want to ensure that the current cleanliness level you selected for your property accurately reflects the correct current condition. This helps avoid any surprises and ensures we have enough time to complete your clean to the highest standard.

Below is a guide to help you determine if your property matches the category you selected:

🏆 Sparkle Clean - Recently cleaned to a high standard with no visible dust, dirt, or grime. No limescale, grease, or heavy marks on walls, appliances, or floors. Suitable for properties that have been professionally cleaned very recently.

✅ Very Clean - Well-maintained with only light dust or minimal dirt. No built-up grime in kitchens or bathrooms. No major stains or marks on carpets or walls.

✅ Fairly Clean - Lived-in but reasonably tidy. Some dust on surfaces, minor grease in the kitchen, and light watermarks in bathrooms. No deep-set grime, mould, or strong odours.

âš– Average - Standard lived-in condition. Some visible dust, grease in the kitchen, light mould in the bathroom, and minor marks on walls or carpets. General cleaning required but no extreme dirt.

🚨 Fairly Dirty - Heavy dust on surfaces, built-up grease on kitchen appliances, visible limescale in the bathroom, strong odours, and moderate carpet stains. This level requires extra time to restore the property.

🚨 Very Dirty - Significant build-up of grease, limescale, mould, and dirt. Carpets heavily stained, thick dust throughout, rubbish left behind, or strong pet odours. Requires deep cleaning, additional time, and potentially extra costs.
