Moving In/Out Deep Cleaning in Richmond

Checklist for our Moving In/Out Cleaning Service

This is an example checklist of what we can do for our end of tenancy cleaning service. As each end of tenancy clean is unique you may need to go over what you'd like cleaned before we start. Our online quote system expects a property to be empty of furniture and personal belongings. Additional price may apply if furniture present.

General Areas
• Cleaning and dusting throughout, including: light fittings and shades, light switches, dado rails, skirting, spindles and banisters, curtain rails, wall pictures, mirrors, fire surround and radiators.
• Carpets to be vacuumed throughout. Steam cleaning can be included too for a multi-service discount.
• All hard floors to be washed using a safe, neutral cleaning solution.
• All glass (mirrors etc) to be cleaned.
• Windows to be cleaned internally. Window sills to be wiped down.
• All doors and door frames to be cleaned. Door handles to be polished.
• Drawers and shelves to be cleaned internally and externaly.
• If present, all upholstery vacuumed, also cushions lifted and cleaned underneath.
• If present, all wooden furniture to be carefully wiped clear of dust and polished.
• If pets have been present, de-infestation treatment may be required.

Kitchen
• Wash and sanitise all surfaces.
• Completely clean inside all cupboards and drawers. We even clean the dirt and grease at the very top of the cupboards too!
• Clean sink and taps and remove lime scale and polish where required.
• Degrease wall tiles, apply mould killer (if any) from grout.
• Clean and defrost refrigerator removing grime, mildew and food deposits.
• Clean freezer. If heavy ice, freezer must be defrosted 24 hours before we arrive to allow ice to melt.
• Clean washing machine inside and out. Clean rubber at the door. Clean soap drawers and filters.
• Clean dishwasher inside and out.
• Oven deep cleaning can be included too for a multi-service discount.
• If present, clean exterior of all appliances including kettle, toaster. Clean microwave inside and out.
• Internal bins to be cleaned inside and out.
• Any large appliances to be moved out by customer before we start if cleaning behind is required, such as behind a washing machine.

Bathroom
• Shower screen descale, cleaned and polished.
• Wall tiles cleaned and polished (mould growth if any removed from between grout).
• Bath, basin, taps, shower and fittings to be cleaned, de-scaled, dried and polished.
• Toilet descaled, toilet seat cleaned and sanitised.
• All soap and shampoo etc. to be removed.
• Mirrors cleaned and polished.
• Floors to be washed and sanitised. If carpet, floor to be vacuumed.

Bedrooms, Hallways and Reception Rooms
• Built in wardrobes to be cleaned inside and out,
• If present, mattresses to be vacuumed,
• Skirting boards, plug sockets, switches and doors all to be cleaned,
• De-cob web entire room,
• Remove any light dirt on walls such as finger prints and drink marks.
