Q: How many cleaners will arrive and how long will the clean take?

A: We will usually dispatch teams of 2 or 3 cleaners equiped with all the required cleaning materials and equipment, The team size may very depending on the property size and tasks to included, such as oven and carpet steam cleaning. The average duration is 3.5 hours, however our move-out cleaning service is not hourly-based, meaning that the cleaners will stay until the job is done.

Q: Is there anything I need to do before the service takes place?

A: Yes please. To ensure the clean is to be carried out to the highest standard, there are a few things that need to be done on your side before the team arrive. We first ask that the property is empty of personal belongings and, if included, the fridge/freezer defrosted. We also suggest it's best if all of the rubbish and leftovers have been bagged and binned. And finally, we will need electricity, running hot water and lights so that we can give you the best end of tenancy clean you can get.

A: If there are any parking charges due to your properties location, or any ULEZ or congestion charges, these will be paid for by the customer, which will be added to the bill.
